BYU Student Housing: On Campus Or Off Campus?

On campus or off campus in Provo? That is the age-old question for BYU students. Technically, Villa Rose Apartments is considered off campus BYU approved housing. We are a privately owned facility that provides convenient Provo college housing for BYU students. However, Villa Rose Apartments is close enough to campus that it is almost like living in the dorms (without the funky smell).

BYU campus is just a short walk or bike ride from Villa Rose Apartments. Our Provo residents have easy access to all of their classes, labs, the library, the administration building, and the Wilkinson Center. Wait, I almost forgot one of the most important buildings on campus: The BYU Creamery. (BYU students do not live by textbooks alone.)

Our residents love living at Villa Rose Apartments. When they graduate, they can move on to the wonderful world of 30-year mortgages, homeowner’s insurance, and yard work. Right now, they can concentrate on getting their diploma while they leave the housing to us.

Looking for BYU approved housing? Visit the Villa Rose Apartments site at http://villaroseapts.com/. You can see photos, apply online, or, if you are suffering from insomnia, read more of these fascinating blog postings.

Thanks for stopping by our Villa Rose Apartments BYU student housing blog! We hope you keep us in mind for all of your BYU housing needs.

BYU Students At Villa Rose Apartments Climb In Provo's Rock CanyonVilla Rose Apartments wants to remind BYU students that even though college life can be hectic, you should be sure to make time to enjoy the many outdoor Provo activities available near your student apartments.

BYU students may be very surprised to know that there is a world-class rock climbing destination right in their Provo backyard.

Rock Canyon, located just north of ‘Y Mountain’ and just a five minute drive from Villa Rose Apartments has beautiful hiking trails and rock climbing routes for all climbing levels. Route difficulty ranges from 5.5 all the way to 5.13. Because there are routes on each side of the canyon, you can choose to chase the sun or the shade, making climbing more enjoyable for BYU student climbers all day and during the cooler months.

Routes are located just 200 yards from the parking lot, so BYU student climbers can find themselves out of the car and on the rock face in less than twenty minutes!

Even the busiest Provo students can fit some climbing into their BYU schedules. More rigorous hiking, climbing, and even mountain biking routes can be found farther into Provo Rock Canyon.

If you are looking for BYU approved housing near beautiful Rock Canyon, please consider Villa Rose Apartments. We are located at 131 South 200 East in Provo, just a short walk from BYU campus.
